What are the check-in and check-out times?
The standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Thanks to the self-service operation, you can check in practically anytime after this time. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
The possibility of earlier arrival/departure depends on the current availability of the apartment, so it cannot be booked in advance.
What does self-service operation mean?
You manage all processes yourself – efficiently, simply, and quickly.
After confirming your reservation, you will receive specific instructions, including access to the application with the virtual receptionist Alfred. Before arrival, you will fill out the registration form and make the payment through the payment gateway – calmly, in advance, and online. On the day of arrival, you will receive a PIN code, thanks to which you can pick up the apartment card anytime from 3:00 PM. You will check yourself in. In the apartment, you will find basic information about your stay, including the Wi-Fi password. You can purchase additional services in the Alfred app.
At the self-service reception, you will find what you forgot to pack, something to eat, or something for entertainment. In the laundry room, you can wash or iron clothes wrinkled from your suitcase. There is nothing you can’t handle with us. However, if you are unsure about anything or an unforeseen situation occurs, we are here for you 24/7 on the phone. If necessary, we will of course arrive in person.
We're arriving by car. Where should we park?
All parking information can be found in the menu under the “Parking” tab.
We will arrive by plane/bus/train. Do you offer transfers?
In case you don’t want to use public transport, you can take a taxi, Uber, or Bolt. If you want to save yourself the hassle, we have a contact for our driver. He will pick you up wherever you need and take you the shortest route directly to us. You can pay him in cash (CZK, EUR) or by card. Do you have larger luggage or need a car seat? No problem, you can definitely arrange everything with him in advance. We will send you the contact and price list after you create an accommodation reservation.
Is a crib available in the apartments?
Yes, and not just that! We think of our youngest guests and the comfort of parents. We will gladly prepare a cot with bedding, a high chair with children’s dishes, a potty/toilet seat, a step stool for the bathroom, a baby bath, and other small items. Remember to reserve the cot during the accommodation booking process; we will provide the other baby equipment with it. This service is free of charge.
Can we bring a pet?
Although we are animal lovers, due to potential allergies of other guests, we would appreciate it if you could leave your pets at home this time. Thank you for your understanding.
How far are the apartments from the historical center?
The apartments are located less than a 15-minute drive from the historical center. Getting there by public transport is also very easy. The tram takes 20 minutes (stop about an 8-minute walk), and the metro even less (stop about a 15-minute walk). You will find all the necessary information, including maps, in our online guide. How far are the apartments from the O2 Arena?
The O2 arena is easily accessible by car (5-minute drive), tram (8-minute walk to the stop, 3-minute ride), or on foot (25-minute walk).
Do you offer any dining options?
Since each apartment is equipped with its own kitchen, we do not offer catering. If you don’t feel like cooking, no problem! At our reception you will find a Healthy Fridge, which is open 24/7 and offers fresh, tasty and high-quality meals daily. Snacks, ready meals and desserts made from honest ingredients.
Another option is to pop into the bistro right across the street or order food/groceries online. In our online guide, we share links to these services, as well as lots of local tips on businesses in the surrounding area and in the center. Do you provide wellness services?
To ensure you receive the most exclusive services, we have decided to partner with Infinit. You can visit the water park and wellness zone literally right across the street. Take advantage of the accommodation and wellness package at a special price, or purchase admission on-site with a discount for our guests. The choice is yours. But definitely don’t miss out!
Are the apartments equipped with a washing machine?
You won’t find a washing machine in the apartment, but don’t worry – we’ve prepared a laundry room for you on the same floor. It is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing supplies. You get 3 laundry pods/stay from us for free, and you can easily buy more via the QR code in the laundry room.
How do we create a group/corporate reservation?
